Get FREE Shipping on all merchandise orders $50 and over (excluding taxes and any applied discounts).
UrbanDecay.ca ships via Canada Post to Canadian addresses only. Canada Post does not deliver on Saturday or Sunday. Urban Decay does not accept orders being shipped to APO/FPO & P.O. boxes.
SHIPPING RATES
For orders totaling less than $50 and other shipping methods, the rates are:

Delay may occur in the case of extreme weather of if shipping to remote areas.
PLEASE NOTE that due to Air Safety regulations, we cannot ship orders containing Hazardous Materials (sprays, nail polish and products with high alcohol content) through the Xpresspost or Priority Courier. Orders containing hazardous materials will be shipped through Expedited Parcel service. Thank you for your understanding.
SAME-DAY SHIPPING
To benefit from our FREE same-day shipping service, simply place your order by 12PM ET for delivery on the next business day. Products eligible for free same-day shipping will be designated as such on their product pages and is available for a limited time only. Same-day shipping service depends upon inventory availability, order deadlines, and if your shipping address is within the eligible postal code for this service. Due to Air Safety regulations, Hazardous Materials (sprays, nail polish and products with high alcohol content) are not applicable to our 24h shipping service.
CHANGE SUBMITTED ORDERS
Urban Decay unfortunately cannot modify orders that have been already placed.

We regret that we do not ship outside Canada at this time for orders placed at UrbanDecay.ca. Please refer to our Store Locator for a directory of stores that offer Urban Decay, listed by country.
