Product description

This is Vice Liquid Lipstick—a waterproof formula so life-proof, it’s not going ANYWHERE until you take it off. (Just imagine the possibilities.) What makes Vice different? Our high-tech formula provides longer-lasting wear with ZERO transfer. Like our original formula, Vice Liquid Lipstick lays down intensely pigmented color. And the comfortable, nondrying wear sets it apart from other liquid lipsticks.

Choose from a huge range of 30 shades and two finishes—comfort matte and metallized. From neutrals with a UD edge to the bold brights color junkies crave, we’ve got something for everyone. Our lineup includes everything from must-have colors from our Vice Lipstick range to limited-edition shades you begged us to bring back.

Hot on the heels of the launch of our creamy, addictive Vice Lipstick formula, Wende decided to create a liquid lipstick that feels as good as it looks. Our formula holds heavy loads of pearls and glitter, so our shade lineup ranges from shimmery to matte. Special technology in the formula allows the pearl to float on top, giving our metallized shades the maximum amount of shimmer.

Vice Liquid Lipstick comes in a clear tube (so you can see the shade inside) with a metallized gunmetal cap and gold accents (reminiscent of our Vice Lipstick case). The extra long, flocked paddle applicator provides a nice, even laydown of color every time. The flat edge gives you complete coverage in one coat, while the tip allows for precision lining—perfect for areas like the corners of the lips and the Cupid’s bow.

Pro Tips

Vice Liquid Lipstick gives you endless color in three steps. First, line lips with the precise applicator; then apply one coat to fill. Do not press lips together. If desired opacity is achieved, let dry. A little goes a long way, but for more coverage, apply a second coat. Let dry completely and you’re good to go.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love it I love this. I got two shades, naked and rock steady. I also got the ozone primer pencil with them and it make a difference. The tip lets you line the lips and then fill in. It stays for a long time, 6-8 hours on me. I love the ease of this product. Plus, all you need is one coat and there are not any "rules" to this like there are to the competitor's. I am comparing it to a purchase I made from a friend who sells another brand that claims to stay on all day, and I did not like that as much as I love this. Plus, this price is better! I can't wait to get more colors. I hope they add more colors and make this a permanent line! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 5 out of 5 by from MY NEW FAV!!!! I love this lipstick! I have never been a fan of sticky glosses or creamy lipsticks... I have always preferred a matte finish that doesn't stick to my hair or rub off on everything. This really delivers! The application is key, you really need to let your lips dry before touching them together, which only takes about a minute and don't apply a super thick coat. It's very pigmented and it doesn't take a lot. I got the colors amulet, backtalk, and zz. I already have about 5 more shades I have my eyes on, I am so in love with this lipstick. I stays for hours!! It feels like I'm not even wearing lipstick, which is what I love the most!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best Long Wear Lipstick I've Used When I saw UD was coming out with ANOTHER lipstick, I was like, "Come on already! How many different ways can you reinvent lipstick???" I wasn't in a hurry to buy it until I lost my lipgloss. I figured I might as well. Turns out, it's nothing like lipgloss at all. It's LIPSTICK. (Duh, like it says, right?) I chose ZZ, which is a matte finish and a very pretty violet-mauve color (I have fair skin). This lipstick stays put for hours. I was not aware it was long lasting so I was pleasantly surprised by this feature. It doesn't feel tacky and it didn't look splotchy. It's a nice addition to their line. Rated 4 out of 5 by from Jumping on the Liquid Lipstick Bandwagon I purchased this product in shade 1993. I already have Matte Revolution in 1993 and two tubes of Vice in 1993, so why not the liquid lipstick version as well? I used this with and without Ozone primer and it lasted for several hours each time. I can sip coffee and water without worrying about transfer, but I have to reapply after eating. I don't mind doing that at all. This shade is matte and not streaky (I tried blackmail on my hand in a store and I think that shade would be much patchier). I didn't find it uncomfortable or drying. I prefer this over the matte revolution version, but like it similarly to the vice version. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Mixed feelings I got Conspiracy (which is metalized). It's not so much metallic as glittery. It doesn't go on opaque (but can be layered to desired coverage). Given that once it's on, it's hard to correct, that's a bit problematic. That said it REALLY stays on. Like, had some greasy Chinese food and still had lipstick on afterwards and it looked fine. It does come off easily with makeup remover. I really wish it were actually metallic as the glitter bits kind of feel funny. I'm not going to send it back or anything but am not sure I would buy more. Maybe the matte, as most of my problems with it seem to stem from the sparkles (that I SO wanted to like!). Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love it! I purchased this in Backtalk on the day it launched, and I'm quite pleased with the results. I don't really get why it's receiving bad reviews, I think it maybe depends on the colour. Personally, my experience is it's long lasting, nondrying, beautiful smooth application, stays on while drinking/eating, and it's kiss-proof/smudge-proof. I've tried quite a few liquid lipsticks, and it's as good, if not better than other ones I have tried. I especially LOVE the shade range in this. I find a lot of liquid lipsticks don't suit my fair skin tone, but UD really gives you a nice shade range. I definitely recommend trying it!!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Overall worth it I actually got Studded(the metallic formula) and ZZ(matte) to try out both sides. I was a little let down by Studded. It doesn't go on opaque, but I feel like it could make a great lip topper because of this. This metallic is easy to build to full opacity and is still surprisingly light after, which is pretty unique. It's not the best, but it's good and it will be used. ZZ on the other hand is to DIE FOR. This went on full color and didn't take any additional coats. It dried down completely matte and super light. My lips didn't dry out and it absolutely lived up to the "life proof" claim. I absolutely recommend this color to anyone who wants a wearable pinky purple. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Pretty Decent I have these in two colors: Naked and Amulet. Naked is pretty good. It is opaque in one coat and dries down quickly. It stays on for about 6 hours before it starts becoming drying and does last well through eating. Amulet is also opaque but it dries down a bit tacky. The tackiness isn't really bad and does usually go away after an hour. Otherwise, it wears similarly to Naked. I would recommended looking up specific reviews for the color you're buying since there seems to be an inconsistency in the formula. I personally am satisfied with the two I have and I think they perform like your average liquid lipstick. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
